A Solo Hustle

 

The roads felt different this time. Showers of rain on uneven intervals kept those roads lively as ever, with flower beds, light grey skies, and the static voice of nature. 

My travel diaries started something like this. I was traveling solo, at times up the hill, at times through narrow tunnels. It was a solo hustle. Hustling, traveling, and roaming this earth by yourself tells you a lot of things.

Besides solace, you come across epiphanies, decisions, mistakes, and realizations but in the end, it’s all worth it. A solo hustle sounds exactly like the adventure it is. It might sound thrilling and intriguing to you but to somebody else, it fills anxieties and fuels a fear factor. It fuelled some fear factors in me when I traveled solo.

Hustling does not mean struggling, it means a whirl of activities. Too many actions, fuss, and agitation. They might sound like a few negative synonyms to some but when you go through that agitating stir yourself, it all turns different.

A good difference. That’s what a solo hustle is. It’s a worth it travel diary that I think everybody should write. Even those who think writing is a tedious piece of work. Why? Because in the end, it’s that piece of writing you will look, at while living through the solo hustle nostalgia once you’re home. 

People find homes in hustles. It’s an interesting way of living. Every minute of the clock spells hustler and these hustlers make the best memories of all time.

They can talk to roads, trees, the air, and the life in its existence. They know when the breeze feels different. Just like how we know when our homes feel different. The world becomes an exploration ground, every inch of the wind calls out to you and just something about that adrenaline rush keeps you from giving up. A solo hustle is much more than what those three words could possibly convey but one thing is for sure. It is a splendid work of art.
