Healing Love.

Her heart had almost forgotten,

What love felt like,

His heart had almost forgotten,

What warmth felt like,

Nobody seemed to listen,

To the sound of her scattering into pieces,

Nobody seemed to realize,

What she was trying to say.

But then she heard a melody,

That came from far away,

A serenity it bought along,

And her heart just followed.

For the first time,

It felt like it heard its own voice,

For the first time,

It had felt like warmth was dawning.

He listened to her heart,

It had been singing all the time,

Why could nobody hear it,

As if it was meant for him?

His heart knew from the beginning,

She needs a healing love,

So, he held her hand,

And colors rushed in that lit up the entire universe.

That is when her heart heard,

The love poems he sang for her,

Her heart confessed the rhythm,

As if his poems had embroidery of her words.

She heard her singers sing,

Words of beauty that flow from within,

Something about her made him stir,

And there he found his healing love.

She had to hear things that overpowered her mind,

They told her how less she has to herself,

Then he told her words of belongingness,

Like a mystic daydream, she floated along.

"Your entirety is what I adore," he told her,

Her hazel eyes kept diving into his ocean blue ones,

"It's what makes you glow," he said,

And there she found her comfort.

He was her serendipity,

She was his euphoria,

Their coexistence was like ataraxia,

As if it was a bestowal of an epiphany.

She longed for warmth,

He craved affection,

As they held hands and smiled,

Heaven found the missing pieces of their puzzles.

These words of love belong to,

The one who promised to hold my hand,

Years went by and yet today,

He makes me the happiest I've ever been.
